Absolutely unprofessional. Spoke to Aaron Mustin for three weeks about a home extension job and was dropped two days after receiving notice that he had a bigger opportunity elsewhere. Don't bother with these guys, their secretary couldn't get my name right on the contract, Aaron was over an hour late to a meeting, the finalized quote was riddled with simple spelling errors and felt like a high school paper. Call an actual plumber that has the basics down.
I had a sewer line that needed replaced, I called another local company and got a bid of $8400, a friend suggested I call ready rooter. The guys came out on time,scoped the sewer And gave me a bid of $4200 HALF the competition!! I had them do the work and it went perfect. Dave and Cody did a excellent job! I strongly recommend them.
This company is dependable, has great people working for them, and were the company of choice for all the plumbing needs when I was manager of Riverside Trailer Court, in Eugene, OR. I believe they still are with the new managers also.
I called and within about 3 hours Jeremy was here and had us unclogged in a very short time. He was very courteous and pleasant and effecient. If I have any more problems I would call this company again.
