Excellent customer service, friendly salespeople and staff, and great prices. I got an excellent trade-in value (much better than expected) and was able to finance my new vehicle on very good terms. I was personally helped by Ron Scott and Tony Bowling and highly recommend them to future shoppers. My new SUV is fantastic and runs beautifully. It's our family vehicle and we started driving it to the Oregon coast right away. The dealership itself is very nice AND child-/family-friendly. There are toys in the lobby and everyone was very nice to and compassionate of my and the other customers' children. I am extremely pleased with my entire experience at Kendall Auto Group and will definitely be back in future! Thank you!

I had a horrible experience here with Kendal. I was treated as if I didn't know anything, they told me Kelley Blue Book was not a creditable source. Told me I had to pay full price on the car I wanted because I didn't have a trade in. They were unwilling to work with me. My family referred me to Kendal cause they have bought many of their cars through there. I can say neither me or my family will be going back to Kendal. With the way I was treated. However I ended up at Power Honda of Albany, where they were very informative, willing to talk and explain, and personalize the expirience. It was a 100% better. Albany Honda was kind, treated me with respect and valued my investment. I would absolutely recommend looking outside of Eugene for other options. You will not be disappointed.
I was told about kendall auto...I was wanting to trade in my Lexus for a truck...so I found a truck that they were asking too much for...the salesman went out of his way 5 times to inform me that kendall goes above all used car dealers when I comes to reconditioning. I made a deal...got the truck...and about 3 days when by and i went to use the heater and it didn't work. So I call the salesman...and right away he goes into...well we don't miss much and it most likely happened after you left with the truck...making it my fault. I told him I have not drove it much since I took it home. He tells me he will talk to his manager to see what can be done. I get a call about 30 minutes later telling me to bring it in tomorrow morning and he will meet me and get this fixed. Well I show up at the time he said...he never showed. So someone else had to help me. Kendall showed me what they are about...MONEY. The salesman got what he wanted...a sale...not caring if his customers are happy. I was told the part for the heater would be in hand in two days...No call for a week. NOT HAPPY...WILL NEVER GO AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
