Words can not begin to describe how excited I am to be driving such a beautiful well performing safe vehicle! My wife and I bought a black interior/exterior 2017 Kia Forte LX with the majority of the options. The safety paneling and sound buffering within the construction of the car are great! We have four kids and all the safety features this vehicle has provides peace of mind. I personally put in hours of research beginning with my search for the perfect car for my sister and brother in law. We found their vehicle at Kiefer Kia of Eugene a couple months ago. My old Saturn was getting tired and had a good amount of miles on it, and so my wife and I decided to take a look ourselves. The hours of research really paid off and it became clear there was no competition to the 2017 Kia Forte with any other brand with safety, dependability, or warranty to name a few. Doing the research we did made the experience with our sales person Jeremy at the dealership a very easy informative one. Without saying a word he confirmed every feature that sets this vehicle apart from the competition. We were on the same page from the start and after enjoying a country side test drive my wife and I were convinced this was the car for us. We have now had it for a week, and are continuing to be thrilled by our experience. Rod helped us tremendously as the floor manager by congratulating us for our choice, looking over the best financing options for us, and reiterating time and time again that if we have an issue he will make it right. Jeremy was transparent and worked well with my wife and I to help us be informed about our decision and was the front man to make it happen. Brian was also involved a bit with our purchase and was my sisters sales person a couple months ago. I've been driving for over 40 years. This is the first dealership whose service was excellent AND well priced. Friendly and efficient staff (thanks much, Kelly). Coffee and popcorn while you wait! No pressure to do things to the car that it didn't need. My Kia will continue to be serviced by this wonderful group of folks.
Mike was wonderful to work with. He's laid back and doesn't pressure the customer. He even spent a good amount of time chatting with me after the sale, instead of just passing me off to financing. Would buy a car from him any day.
I'm so glad I came here to trade in my car. I put $0 down. Their promo on their Kia Forte(which I am loving!) helped take off most of the negative equity from my other car.
