I went there to buy my boyfriend new riding gear for Christmas I spent hours there with them going to the catalog and making sure that they had what I wanted in stock when we finally found something that they had in stock and I like I paid for in full and ask them to please order it however they did not order it that day they waited until the end of the week to order it by that time it was out of stock until after January.. I called every single day after they said it was supposed to arrive and they told me that it was on its way it should be there any day they kept telling me that for over a week finally I got fed up five days before Christmas and went into their store and ask them what was going on they told me the same thing that they've been telling me on the phone at this point I'm very upset and practically in tears I asked them if they could please show me the tracking number and it says it's going to be here before Christmas the young man at the counter said sure give me just a few minutes and I will see if I can get that for you half an hour later he finally comes out to tell me that it is not on its way and it is back ordered until after January to which I say but you were supposed to order that the day I paid for it it was in stock then they actually had quite a few pairs left why is it now out of stock he precedes to tell me that they waited to order it so they didn't have to charge me shipping and handling which they never gave me the option one way or the other had I known I had the option to pay the shipping handling myself and get it ordered that day versus them not order until the end of the week would you didn't know they were going to do I would have paid the shipping and handling my boyfriend only likes Fox gear with the Fox on it he's very specific and picky so the guy at the counter precedes to try to talk me into buying some shift gear because Fox owns it while it's still not Fox gear and I kept telling him no and they didn't have anything was in my boyfriend's size it was even remotely what I was looking for for half an hour he keeps bringing me different kinds of shift gear and I don't want it I keep telling him no can I just have my money back because now I have to try to find him gear 5 days before Christmas thank you guys for ruining my Christmas he then tells me sure I can have a refund that he would put it back on my debit card that I purchased it with which takes 5 to 7 business days to go back on your card I then and completely break down and start bawling because they ruined my Christmas I told the guy go get your manager I want to talk to him I want a refund and in cash it came out of my bank account not a credit card so he leaves for almost an hour finally comes back and says my manager approved your cash refund I couldn't believe I had to go to all of that just to get my cash back and they ruined my Christmas on top of it. After I posted this review of Ramsey Waite they got hold of me to try to make the situation right which they did they were very helpful and understanding and very apologetic I appreciated that they went above and beyond trying to rectify the situation. Everyone there is very kind and helpful. Great variety of products and they have even offered to order product they do not have on the floor if I chose. Looking to buy a specific bike in the spring they dont normally carry, and instead of searching or traveling around to find it, they have offered to bring it here to me! Cant wait :) thank you Ramsey Waite.
Bought a 2017 V-Strom from Ramsey Waite in March and have had nothing but trouble with it ever since. After taking the bike home I realised it had been put together wrong and when I attempted to get it fixed/warrantied they tried to charge me $300 for "repairs" they didnt even do. After finally getting them to drop the cost down I realised they had re adjusted everything from the handle bars tothe chain slack out of spec. And the issue of their faulty assembly wasnt even touched. As Ive continued to own the bike (I took it to a real repair shop to fix the issue) I still constantly find assembly issues. All that aside I found the people that worked there pretty unprofessional and it didnt seem like all the employees were even on the same page about their products and services. I guess its a hard learned lesson to double check the goods before you load them onto the trailer. I wouldnt recommend any one shop here without having a third party go over your bike.
Bought a 2017 CRF250L. Spent months coming in and looking, debating which dual-sport I needed. They were always very nice and NEVER pushy. After much research I decided on the CRF and could not have been happier. The buying process was painless and Ryan and George were great to work with.
Great bike shop and John Deere dealer.. prices are a bit on the high side.. but overall a good place to buy
