I got in a wreck recently and had no ride. I saw a few cars on their website i was interested in. When I arrived I was greeted by Andrew. The entire time I was there they treated me great. Upfront and honest they made me feel welcome and at home the entire time. They helped me find a car that fit my budget and style. Worked with my bank to get me a low finance rate and got me off the lot the same day in my new car. Andrew was extremely easy to work with and even dropped my rental car off for me to help me out!
I have bought 9 cars in 16 years- yes I know it is ridiculous. I have had many car buying experiences; most of which leave me wanting to shower when I am done. I have good credit and I am a professional woman and I understand that car sale people do need to make a living. However, they do not need to be dishonest or shady. Tom, Tony, Eli and the ENTIRE staff at Shepherd Motors were AMAZING! They actually made the car buying experience fun! They worked hard for me; didn’t try to blow sunshine up my ass and when it was a struggle (due to my dis equity in the trade in) to get the care I wanted, they didn’t try to “downgrade’ me to a car they thought I could afford- they understood I knew exactly what I wanted and they provided me the best they could and I couldn’t be happier. I paid more than I wanted to per month and was willing to do so because I knew I was dealing with a very ethical company. The Volvo on its own is an amazing car, but I am so grateful to the folks at Shepherd for the way they treated me and my husband I cannot recommend them enough- seriously! I hope the owners read this. You cant put a price tag on good employees who represent your name and reputation in a good light- so whoever you are: you have great people!! If you want a new Volvo or Hyundai- go to Shepherd and ask for the cowboy, Tom from Yoncalla!

I was helping a friend order a key FOB for his Hyundai. I asked the parts manager(John) if they could program it for us if we paid them. He said they didn’t do that there. Which was strange for a dealership. My friends dad who works at a dealership said that they did that there for $65 and that the Parts Manager Lied to us. We had to go back and waste our day and gas to get it done there. That guy was a complete DOUCHE BAG the second time around. Why is even still employed there? That kind of dishonesty gives Sheppard Motors a bad name. But on a good note Casey was really professional and helpful. Thank you Casey.
